Case Study
In 1940, a credit union was started to serve the financial needs of Norfolk & Western Railroad employees. Fast-forward seven decades, and Member One is now among the largest CUs in the region with 450 SEGs, over 55,000 members, and $435 million in assets.
Initially invited to address the CU's website, much in need of a refresh, ADRENALINE designed a new site that was as usable as it was beautiful. When the site launched in May of 2009, positive membership feedback was overwhelming, and website traffic and retention increased significantly. Spawning from the web overhaul, a refreshed identity of new colors and brand voice was born. ADRENALINE then developed a comprehensive system of collateral brochures, stationery and most recently, a series of locally shot :30 second TV commercials leveraging the positioning of "The ONE for You". Highlighting the credit union's commitment to community involvement, and with placement in all major market stations, the credit union's brand awareness is stronger than ever.
